What exactly counts as a credit?
One credit covers a single prompt scanned on a single model. So scanning one prompt across all 11 platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Qwen, AI Overview — costs 11 credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan's monthly included credits don't roll over. They reset at the start of each billing cycle. Only add-on credit packs you buy separately carry over and never expire.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel, at any time from your account settings — there's no contract and no setup fee. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-cycle?
Scheduled scans pause rather than charging you by surprise. You'll get an email alert as you approach your limit, and you can top up with an add-on bundle in a couple of clicks to resume scanning immediately. Your historical data is always retained.
